Rental & Installation Agreement
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for rentals and balloon installations provided by The Dallas Party Girl. By placing an order, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following:
Liability Waiver
The Dallas Party Girl and all affiliates are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to persons or property during the delivery, setup, use, or removal of any rental item or balloon installation.
Please do not allow anyone, especially children, to play on, climb, or lean on any part of the display. Do not remove or relocate any stands, backdrops, or installations. If an early pickup is needed, please contact us — we’re happy to help.
Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking to reserve your date and materials.

The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event installation.

Orders not paid in full by this time may be canceled at the discretion of The Dallas Party Girl.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable but will receive a credit toward a future booking.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event will not receive a refund or credit and are not eligible for rescheduling.
Rush Orders
Rush orders (placed within 7 days of the event) and same-day requests are subject to:

Inventory availability

A possible rush fee of $100

No guarantee of fulfillment
Inclement Weather
We cannot install displays during hazardous weather conditions such as lightning, high winds, or extreme rain. If weather prevents safe setup or takedown:

We will attempt to reschedule if possible.

If rescheduling is not an option, a refund will be issued.
Clients are responsible for choosing a safe and weather-appropriate location for their display.
Refunds
-
Refunds are issued only for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event.

Credits may be issued for cancellations made within the 14-day window.

No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event.
Delivery & Setup

Rental items and helium displays may be delivered the evening before or morning of the event.
-
Balloon installations and backdrops will be delivered no later than 2 hours before the event start time.

Clients are responsible for coordinating with the event venue to confirm delivery timing, access details, and any venue policies regarding wall hangings or décor installations.

Delivery beyond 5 miles of 75238 may incur additional delivery fees.
-
Installation and uninstallation fees apply to all rental items.
Display Policy

Sprinklers must be turned off and lawn care postponed during the duration of the installation.

All stands, signage, and backdrops remain the property of The Dallas Party Girl.

Clients are responsible for any damage or loss to rental items and will be charged full replacement value.

Items may not be moved, altered, or tampered with without prior approval.
Creative & Content Guidelines
The Dallas Party Girl reserves the right to decline orders that:

Contain offensive, political, inappropriate, or non-celebratory content
-
Do not align with the values and joyful nature of our brand
In such cases, any deposits made will be fully refunded.
